It has recently been discovered that in some areas of Africa, husbands routinely demand that their wives breastfeed them. This was a taboo subject that neither the wives or the husbands would talk to outsiders about until the (female) Ugandan minister of health went public about it.

It's not consensual and part of the couple's sex life, but rather about the men exerting control over their wives and demanding it because they find it comforting and believe breast milk is specially nourishing. There are serious concerns about the impact this has on both the nutrition of the mother and the infant that the she's producing milk for, since it's apparently common for the man to get the breast first, and sometimes they feed for as long as an hour.
