Girl and crew cut: does it look normal?

I think it makes you look boyish. I'm not fond of the androgynous look on girls usually, but that's a personal preference.

I instinctively make presumptions if I see a girl with a crew cut - that she's an angry feminist, a lesbian, in the military or an art student. Obviously it's absurd to jump to those conclusions, and that's what I remind myself when I do, I'm just telling you what my initial response is.

But if this hairstyle becomes more prevalent and less detached from the idea of femininity, I think fewer people will have the same initial response I do.

Of course, all that really matters is if you're happy with how you look.

My own personal preference goes against crew cuts. So I would be biased. As for how you pull it off, your face and physique (from what I can I can see of it) is quite feminine and you have no noticeable flaws. Therefore, you pull it off well.

I think it makes you look very masculine, sorry. I like pixie cuts and this sure is a brave, new thing, but for girls with shorter hair, unless you're aiming to mirror an actual male, I recommend more makeup (not caked on and shit obviously, some work around your eyes would be good enough) and possibly more womanly clothes, if you like.

Other than that you have a very pretty face and a cute smile, to be honest, but if I were you, that's all I'm saying :3

You can definitely still see its a girl, but I like hair a lot so I think its a shame to have a crew cut, that just being my personal opinion tho.

Generally the people who go for it already know it's going to work for them. It'd be too much of a risk otherwise. As for the girl in the picture, it definitely works well for her. I like it.

Hmm, I was fully intending to drop the "dyke" somewhere.. and then I've seen the pictures.

The problem is that you look very nice and even cute, but it's kinda hard for me to look at that crew cut. I'm a guy and I have one, but it looks kinda wrong on girls, sorry.

I personally prefer it when a woman has longer hair.. I really just think guys look better wearing crew cuts than women do.

I got all my hair cut off recently to n.n I have it quite a bit longer though. It used to be half way down my back and then I got sort of a pixie cut. It sure is different, I've had people not recognize me :P You've got to experiment sometimes though! You'll always have the one person who says "I liked your long hair :S" But they're just being a party pooper lol Plus! It grows back, so who cares, right?

Short hair on girls is cool and all, but that's a bit too short.

You don't look so bad in the first pic, but in the second you look like a dude I know O_o

You should dye it.
