Getting a headache every night after a few hours of sleep

I dunno if it's because I'm snoring heavily and not getting enough oxygen to my brain, or from being dehydrated, or from not getting enough oxygen in the room (even though I keep the door open). Or is it from laying in a horizontal position? Also I get vertigo sometimes where everything is spinning.

How much do you drink during the day? Is your pillow very thick and firm? Do you have your head pushed up against the headboard? How much time are you spending on screens before bed?

I have pillows that came with my mattress that were way too thick and firm for me, and would hurt my neck and head as a result. I switched them out with the thinner, cheap pillows from my guest bed and that problem was solved. If I lean my head against my headboard trying to sit up, that gives me a headache as well.

I've also found that drinking a minimum of 64 oz. of water per day reduces headaches.

    • I watch something boring on netflix to fall asleep... my head position is okay I think. I'll try drinking more, I don't drink much except a lot of coffee in the morning and a smoothie in the afternoon. But I don't move much.
