Fun? quadcopter or airplane

My dad still has his pilots license I think so an airplane since id have someone to teach me. My grandad was in the airforce in Korea and taught my dad everything about planes. My grandad use to make airplanes in his barn with sheet metal. I wish i had more pictures of it it was amazing to see. Very crafty guy. He could build anything.

A quadracopter would be more fun as its more maneuverable.

However, If I'm paying the gas and maintenance bills I'll settle for the airplane. It's a lot cheaper to operate and maintain.

Paragliding. Parachuting with an engine strapped to your back? It's fun from ground to sky to ground.
