Friend suggestions on discord

One of my exes is constantly at the top of my friend suggestions on discord. Hes a dick and I was wondering why this is because I didnt even have discord back then when we dated years ago but I know its him because he uses the same username everywhere. We have no mutual friends on discord and I have him added NOWHERE. How is possible that discord wants me to add him and even suggests him to me -_-
