For those with long hair, do you flip your hair up when you sleep?

I can’t imagine sleeping with my hair underneath my head. I always flip it up over the top of me. Does anyone else do this?

I tie them and put them away from under me too. Yanking your hair because you're rolling in your sleep is awful.

I do, especially if it's wet (though I try not to go to bed with wet hair).

I'd usually braid it when I had long hair.

I 99% of the time put it in a bun. If it's loose I will flip it up.

I don't do it. I sleep on my stomach and keep my hair on my back.

I've got relatively long hair, and I don't understand why you'd do that at all.

you risk tearing some off by rolling in bed otherwise

I have hair that I let grow past my butt, it's such an inconvenience i was in the shower the other day, and sat on my hair. It's like having a wet carpet strapped to my back whenever I wash my hair in the shower.
