Whether you are man or woman it's normal. But gross, and you should wash up every time you do. Or replace finger with a toy.

Anal stimulation is quite normal, and can be quite pleasurable for both men and women, both straight or gay.
I suggest you keep your nails trimmed however, use lube if necessary - and remember to wash your hands afterwards.
