Feeling tired after i slept

Every night I close my eyes and fall asleep very quickly (4-8 minutes). The problems are either
- I wake up 2-4 times during my sleep cycle; even a few hours before intended.
- I wake up at the intended time, but feel like I haven't slept.

Note: I put my phone away 10 minutes before bed.

Could it be insomnia, lack of a sleep schedule, or something else?

How much do you exercise? I used to have sleep issues and I've found regular exercise 3-4 times a week leads to good sleep. Also research "sleep hygiene" for ideas.

My sleep pattern is exactly the same and I also feel tired. I've tried lots of things, from meds to relaxation and still haven't found a solution. The only thing I haven't tried yet is a sleep clinic because I'm too lazy to do it.

I can't say whether what you are experiencing is normal, not, but it's certainly not dissimilar from my experience.

Have you tried those scents that are supposed to help you fall asleep? Waking up 2-4 times during your sleep cycle could probably disrupt how you're feeling, especially if you're tired anyways.
