Skirt steak repeatedly salted and brushed with Heineken beer wile cooked over wood for 2 hours.
Any steak can taste amazing, it all comes down to the seasoning and the cooking method.
Tho I am partial to plain neck pork steaks and beef strip steaks in a marinade of salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, dill, a tiny bit of mustard and olive oil. That cooked on a wood grill - perfection! Goes perfectly with Weltenburger Anno 1050 beer. 1000 year old beer recipe with a steak marinade recipe that's been in my family for 4 generations.
