Fast food everyday

Is it normal, or better yet is it healthy to eat fast food everyday so long as you’re choosing the healthier options?

For ex.
Chic Fil A, grilled chicken sandwich.
Taco Bell, “chipotle” burrito.
Chipotle, anything.

I eat these for brunch everyday, dinners home cooked and it seems like a decently healthy diet.

Seems like a waste of money buying fast food everyday.

      How is it bad?

A grilled chicken sandwich is just a slab of chicken with bread, lettuce and tomato. Similar description for my other orders. I don’t understand why you people read “fast food” and then stop reading then and there.

Chicken is not better for you than beef or pork. It still has a lot of saturated fat and triggers TMAO when digested. It promotes and feeds cancer.

Of course you're the type of person to eat "brunch."
Why do this to yourself? This type of food typically contains MSGs, a high amount of refined carbohydrates, and is cooked in seed oil making it unsatisfying and addictive. You're making it harder for yourself to be in a calorie deficient, you're going to crave shit all the time.
    Eat foods that are satiating.

Brunch instead of breakfast and lunch, and I’m a skinny as fuck, already in a calorie deficit. Did you read what I said? Nothing is fried.

Yeah disregard the brunch thing, I have an irrational hatred for the term (I skip breakfast every day and only eat a small lunch but I don't call it "brunch." Very yuppie term.)
        "Skinny as fuck"
        What's your BMI?
        "Nothing is fried"
So doesn't it still get cooked in oil? I don't know how the food is prepared. Anyway I'd bet my left arm it's not ""healthy"" regardless of the preparation ... I'm thinking about the quality/type of ingredients used .

BMI is 20 flat and I have no concern of a calorie surplus or deficit because that’s easy to manage. The ingredients seem healthy at face value. Grilled isn’t cooked in oil, I don’t think, unless it’s a little bit to stop the chicken from sticking.

“Ultimately, Chick-fil-A’s menu team chose a seasoning with simple ingredients: a blend of sea salt, lemon, garlic and savory herbs.”

End of the day, I think you all (average persons) are just way too latched onto your beliefs and/or what you’ve been told.

BMI 20 is not "skinny as fuck." You're average.
OK so Chick-fil-A seasoning is healthy. But where is the meat from and how is it processed...

Oh fuck off. It’s a slab of meat, same as you would buy in a superstore. Do you understand how insufferable and unpleasant you are to talk to?

Definitely not healthy but normal among poor people because of dollar menus. A single poor person can get a meal for like two bucks.

The bad thing about restaurant foods, and more specifically fast food, is that they're typically full of sodium, sugar, etc., including many of the so-called "healthy" options. I have been to numerous restaurants in which all or most of the salads were over 1,000 calories.

It's typically much healthier to cook at home, and also much easier on your wallet. I like to cook enough for several meals so I don't have to cook daily (especially on busy work days), and also get things like stuff for salads that are quick and easy to throw together, yet nutritious. I try to stay away from convenience foods (boxed or frozen dinners, etc.), as like restaurant food, they tend to be full of sodium, sugar, etc. and not very nutritious, plus they just don't taste very good compared to better quality foods.

Chipotle isn't even good. The sauce is bomb but you can get a good sized jug at grocery store for like 5 bucks

It’s some rice, lettuce, beans, chicken and stuff like that thrown in a bowl.

Yes, normal, but not healthy eating a chipotle burrito, chipotle all the time and a Chic Fil-A, if eating fast food every day healthy food includes stuff that isn't even a sandwich and not always having some of the same fast foods, e.g. chicken pasta, potato chips (hot chips), roast chicken, fish & chips, those are some of the options and that would be a "healthy" diet, but not if it's some other options like tortillas or like sandwiches on white bread, I hope that helped.

Potato chips aren't healthy, the diet itself is healthy.
