so there was a post the other day on here about the new cali law about toys being separated by gender or stores being fined

all of yall just immediately took it as fact without a second thought. its not lol. seriously. a few minutes of fact checking can make you look a lot less of a dummie

    There's limits? I've been wondering about that since I've noticed a lot of my upvotes don't stick, especially for certain people I regularly upvote. I have the thumbs up button, but my upvote doesn't stay.

      Yup...there was a particular couple of moron who had a billion alts each and used them to downvote people to oblivion and upvote their own crap...so now we can only upvote and each individual user twice each day.

  It's the transgended ppl. All they do all day is wander around trying 2 mk boys play with dolls. Yesterday at the dollar general one of the trangendereds tried to take away pasta child's STIHL MS 170 gas powered chainsaw. It kept saying that 2 yo's shouldn't play with chainsaws. This is what happens when dumb liberal ppl preach & become oversensitive.
  
  This is why we only let pastachild have manly toys like plastic bags, rubber bands and sharp sticks. And of course an AR-15.

    You gotta teach 'em young. And hell yes a boy needs an AR-15. Them transgenders'll attack in large numbers. No way a boy can take out that many with a handgun before one bites ya boy and turns him into one of their own.
    
    Ya girl don't need one because even if a transgender gets her she'll only become a lesbian like if a gay bites ya and that's at least kinda hot. I mean not to me as her father... but probably someone else or somethin'. The Bible's pretty fine with that. It only specifically says you gotta hit the gay boys with rocks. Ya know Jesus fucked a lesbian one time to turn her straight though so maybe we gotta get them with rocks too. I'm actually not sure about that Jesus part. I don't really read it much.       We don't give any toys to female pasta child. We don't really think abt her much. Not till she becomes a sexy 12 year old and starts making male pasta grandchildren.
      
      Yeah, I tried reading bibble a little. It was too hard. I think I got to chapter 2 and then just gave up and ate 12 fistfuls of kratom and half a bottle of jack & took my son for a drive in my UPS truck.   It's only a matter of time before someone in California tries to reintroduce the bill. Hell, the San Francisco school board voted to remove the names of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and others from public schools after officials deemed them unworthy of the honor. People in Cali are nuts.

Your source is some girl on quora? She even admitted her bias in the article "For the record, I’m not a fan of the practice of gender-stereotyping children’s toys and clothing." Every news outlet is reporting it including CNN. I will post the law below.

While I see this as something SJW might enforce, I do not think it reasonably can be enforced. Legally, a private company can do whatever it wants. Long as its not physically hurting or maiming anyone. Places like chikFale has been known to discriminate against gays and blacks. Which if its private can do whatever it feels like. So you can not enforce this on grounds of descrimination since rules say you can descriminate for any reason.
