Dream partner or dream job?

Would you rather have your ideal spouse/partner in personality and looks, and remain unemployed for the rest of your life—your partner would be able to provide everything you need on the condition that you help with housework, errands, and childcare (if you have kids) while they’re at work. Or would you rather be single all your life but you have a job you love and it pays you enough to at least live comfortably?

The dream partner, provided nobody can tear us apart

    I got both.

I'm proposing to my girlfriend soon. And I think I found my most agreeable career path.

I never had a dream job. But truck driving is the job I have seemingly unlimited stamina for. Turns out my half assing yet somehow punctual nature fits perfectly.

Hey, if she's my dream woman then who cares about her age?

my dream job is to work at this theme cafe in korea called hamhampangpang. for me, the concept of being surrounded by my hyperfixation all day every day sounds more enticing than anything else

So what you're sayin' is... I can either have awesome sex with a hot woman for the rest of my life... or I can work for a soulless company that takes advantage of the fact that I "love what I do" as an excuse to pay me less than I'm worth, and I can't marry.

Hard choice. A "dream partner" is allowed to be as unrealistic as you want, but so is the "dream job". Can I cheat and say my dream job is doing housework and errands for my dream lover? I still get paid to do it by the government or something, but we're not technically together even though the kids are mine. This means I'm not entirely reliant on my "spouse", but I'm also not necessarily "single".

Im going to vote for dream job, because my dream job would be to be immensely overpaid to care for a bunch of Siamese cats... and people disappoint me.

I was going to vote dream job, because most people find a partner that they're happy with so I'd probably manage that too, but I doubt I'll ever find a job I like. But then after reading the description, because it says that I'd never have to work again since my partner would provide for me, then yeah I'd definitely prefer the dream partner.
