Does the sound of a clock bug you (tic-toc))

I've had this clock for 10 years and knew that it had a loud tic toc and it's deeply quiet here right now and I can't think because of it ((TicToc) ).

Only if I become aware of it. It's a sound that my brain filters out.

Get an electric clock. Why would you put up with an annoyance for all these years?

Good point. Maybe old style clocks are cheaper. But I've certainly had cheapo digital clocks before, so OP could look for one of those.

No. I find it calming and sleep better with the soothing rhythm.

I get you, dude. I like certain sounds to get to sleep and that. After a while you get used to the sound, then after that you want it.
