    i take the fries outta the freezer and arrange em on a cookie sheet with olive oil

    I've never heard of leeching potatoes. Is tjis something that happens in swamps, or marshlands?

      soaking in water to remove starch out of potatoes is called leeching.. 20 minutes or longer to start the action. you will see top of water starch.
