Do you end up with more “good days” or “bad days” in your opinion?

Read somewhere on some religious site that “you can’t have good days without the bad ones too. When you have a good day, this is because you learned from all of your bad days you had.? Do you agree with this type of thinking? What do you think? If you judged your life, would you say you have “good days” “bad days” or maybe “in between days” like not good or bad?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • Any day I don't get hit by a bus is a good day in my eyes.

  • Mostly neutral.

  • "Good" and "bad" are relative to my subjective experience, the norm, which would be "neutral." Can I say that objectively I more frequently experience more or less pleasure than the average person? I'm not sure, I don't know what's going on in other's heads. So I don't think of it in an objective way.

  • bad lonely days. A truly good day comes around like once or twice a year.

  • It depends on if I workout or not. If Ive been working out consistently I feel my dopamine is firing off better everyday where I feel happier and have more fun. I notice when I get into sloth mode where Im working too much and not staying in shape I feel irritable and over think.
