Do you celebrate christmas by yourself? or with family/friends?

Just wondering how will YOU yourself be celebrating Christmas 2022 in a few weeks? Do you celebrate it just independently by yourself? Or do you live with family members and celebrate with a group of people? Do you put up a Christmas tree and decorate your home/apartment? I don’t live with my parents anymore I’m 33 years old. Think I’m just going to treat myself to the new Xbox Series X system with some video games perhaps? Think that sounds like a good idea for a present for me?

What’s your special “gift/present” situation for Christmas this year??

    I’m packing up the brats when they get off the bus to get a tree. Then maybe Mexican? Idk yet. This year, I’ll have the kids Christmas Eve/ morning then their dad will pick them up. Christmas Eve I’m gonna buy that silly goat game for my boys. It looks hilarious.

    I put myself into debt every season for the massive amount of children my family keeps popping out then try to recover financially until next fall. I'm switching to putting a bunch of candy in pretty jars next semester. Can't do this anymore :P

    But I also make a small dinner with my roommate and fiance here. I have some family living with me now too so I have more help making dinner :)

    I celebrate Christmas with my boyfriend's family. I partake in their tradition of eating pizza for breakfast and taking turns opening gifts.

    I live with my family so I'll be spending it with them. Even if I didn't, I'd probably be spending it with them anyway since I wouldn't live too far from them when I do move out. Honestly I really wouldn't mind spending a Christmas on my own one year though, I like my own company. But even then, I'd want to spend it with them anyway since they'd want that.
