Always. Not that I have sex on a first date, ever.
But why risk the possibility of pregnancy, even with someone on the pill (it can still happen) or contracting a STD. The only time I'd ever have sex without the man wearing one is if I'd been with him quite some time and trusted him implicitly.

I'll use them if it comes up, and i don't hit pussy or dick i don't trust condom or no. so my main answer is no but sometimes if it makes my partner feel better, the pill thing is another big issue. easy to avoid, pull out. i know all your sex ed teachers have told you that it doesnt work but done (properly)its about 96% effective keep in mind condoms are 98% and basicly you just gotta ask yourself is the 2% worth wearing a condom, and for me it is usually a no.
