Can someone explain why women stalked me? i'm 32f. iin?

This dumb idiot texted me multiple times a day, she Facebook messaged me when I wouldn't answer my texts, and would drop by my workplace TWICE a day. I told her I'd end the friendship if she continued this, she didn't listen, and I cut her out of my life. She was messaging my friends asking them to talk to me. She was pestering my friends and cousins and asking where my boyfriend's house is located since I practically live there. My cousins refused to tell the dumb bitch and my friends don't know where my boyfriend lives. She backed off when my cousin threatened her with a machete.

A few months before this it was a lonely customer who mistook my fake smiles for something more and came by every day looking for me, watching me, somehow memorizing my work hours, trying to give me gifts asking if I was single. AP banned her because she refused to wear a mask. I never saw her again and good riddance.

A few months before that it was a coworker. She left her girlfriend to try to get with me and messaged me waaay too many times and pestered everyone trying to figure out my address.

Can someone explain why these chicks did this? They say you are what you attract, but I've always been an apathetic, uncaring, emotionless weirdo who dislikes most people and wants to be left alone. IIN?
