Can i get through this month spending only $74?

I have a some canned refried beans, a couple dozen eggs, fresh vegetables some other stuff but I dunno how long it'll last. A bag of about 10 potatoes too.

Living off of little more than 2 dollars a day is possible. Not gonna be great

it's possible, but you'll have to plan out and ration your daily meals. you can also try looking up local food banks. i know some churches around where i live give out free food as well, so maybe check churches too.

i'm unsure if you've already spent the $74 on the foods listed or not, but if you haven't, i know bananas are pretty cheap, and pasta is filling. ramen's also a cheap food, where i can buy 6 of them for $3.49 where i live.

i've been in this situation dozens of times and it always sucks, so i really really wish for the best for you

Don't forget to put an egg in the Ramen. Makes it a bit better for you tastier and more filling

    • Thanks, hopefully there's some non-starchy options since they make me hungrier. I dunno if it's possible to maintain a low budget meat/veggie diet.

White bread from Aldi’s is $1 a loaf. Toast it for variety.

I remember when I was a student living cheaply off mainly lentils, noodles, rice and beans.
