Black screen flickers by on my new laptop

Its not that the screen itself turns black for a second but an actual new window opens that is all black and then closes down again immadiately. It looks like the command prompt screen that you can open on your laptop but I did not open it but it looks like it opens on its own and disappears again immadiately. Does this mean i'm hacked?
