Regularly telling yourself that you don't deserve the good things in your life will do nothing positive. Convincing your subconscious that this is true can result in you self-sabotaging and doing things that result in you losing those things and people.

It's good to try to always be aware that, no matter what problems you may encounter, your life is much, much better than that of countless people alive today. It's also good to express your gratitude for that to your parents, significant people in your life, the deity of your choice, the cosmos or just the gods of random chance.

    • Tysm for the warning, I'll keep doing my best to stop believing I deserve nothing good and to start to have positive thoughts about myself.

I'm like that with the people I know. Not the things I own though. I 100% earned those through the work I've put in since leaving my family.

I'm with Boojum: People who believe that they have value are the ones who positively change the world, and assist other people to become better.

If you want to have Impact and Income... you really need to find your personal value and develop a positive attitude.

Well you’ve simply got to stop being so down on yourself and realise that you deserve to be happy with that good life.

Why do you think that you are undeserving? Can you please elaborate?

    • The though that I am a bad person, low self-esteem, that makes people say to me "you are being to harsh to yourself"
I know they are right, just need to actually believe on it, but I am trying my best to get better :)
