Are winter’s going away?

Used to snow in the mountains in my part of SoCal. Not much or barely anymore, unless you’re willing to drive far, far up. Are Winter snow’s going to go away for the vast part of America?

This is probably a retarded question but I don’t know anything about how the climate works, and too lazy to Google.
