Lately I've been getting more into lifting instead of cardio and I dont care about gaining muscle I just want to lift heavy weights.
Idk nothing else really to do but get fucked up or hangout with family. Working out is just healthier hobby.
I just started strongman I only lift and eat like them but do not ever plan on competing against others because I do not want the fame it's an awesome way to gain strength and weight
Im already strong in the upperbody but im getting addicted to doing these damn squats man its like a drug or something. Trying to get my squat to 500lbs. Im only at 335lbs which is around my benchpress. Its embarrassing.
