Lately I've been getting more into lifting instead of cardio and I dont care about gaining muscle I just want to lift heavy weights.

Lately I've been getting more into lifting instead of cardio and I dont care about gaining muscle I just want to lift heavy weights.
Not really my thing. I stay skinny by running and doing situps. I don't lift because I don't really want to get muscley manish arms.
Lifting heavy things is also hard and leaves me sore. I also worry I'll somehow hurt myself with those heavy things.
I'll leave the powerlifting to the men and their freakish upper body strength.
