    Maybe you're thinking of somewhere else, or maybe Baltimore went completely down the tubes after you saw it.

    After all, no less an authority than the President of the United States of America declared last year that Baltimore is a “disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess".

      He did that for attention. Rodents are everywhere in every state. Baltimore is really beautiful and clean. Society only show you what they want you to see. Called crowd and quality control.

    I've always thought of Baltimore as dirty, maybe not quite as dirty as New Orleans, but dirty.

    I'm not from Baltimore. The last time I was in Baltimore was in 2017. That was the last year Otakon was being held there. After that, it's been held in Washington DC, but this year it's cancelled.

      Well technically D.C is in the DMV yeah? Not sure what the point of O.P's post is tho. I have never been to Baltimore and I live in D.C. I never understood the DMV term myself.
