Any sleep tips?

This is my 3rd day not being able to sleep. I have not slept in over 72 hours now. I went to a sleep doctor and he sent me home without any help. I have taken lethal doses of a cocktail of sleeping pills and I am wired.

I took

1600mg Gabapentin
100mg Melatonin
200mg benedryl
120mg CBD
300mg trazidone
800mg magnesium
75mg of some random antihistamin
10g of kratom
100mg Atenalol

Im so desperate im willing to try anything. Im gonna have to call out of work again. For days ive felt like I've drank a bunch of 5hour energies and I havent. Its like a panic attack as soon as I lay in bed. My heart races.

Is It Normal?

  • Get off all the drugs, go outside, sun or shade if it's warm enough. Find a beach if you can. Lay down on a comfy chair, blanket, or surface. Close your eyes and think of the vacation or special place you would love to go.

  • Thats alot of uppers and downers? Ive been really sleeping better since Ive been exercising outide in the early morning. Your body will make most of those naturally if you give it a chance

  • DRINK A WARM GLASS OF MILK (IF YOURE NOT LACTOSE INTOLERANT) , BASK IN SUNLIGHT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINTES AFTER THAT. HAVE BOILED RICE WITH YOUR DINNER WITHOUT DRAINING THE WATER (LET IT EVAPORATE), DRINK WARM MILK AFTER DINNER AGAIN.

    YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO STAY AWAKE AFTER ALL THAT.

  • Try swimming for a half hour or so. Your body burns more energy to keep you warm in water and that should make you tired
