Always thinking about death and time going away

Whenever I am not distracted by any immersive activity, I start thinking about my life's time passing awayand the people I love eventually dying. Then I feel weird despair and start concluding that life's not worth living.

Wait until a certain age when you do die have those memories cherished.

I've found as I've gotten older that it becomes less concerning. I can't quite explain it, but death just seems a bit less scary than it did the day before.

I think you just accept it and start to appreciate the present a little bit more, and think fondly of the memories you have collected.

I'm not sure if that's what you wanted to hear, but I'm just being honest.
