Absolutely hate marijuana

I hate the smell.

It’s far from the worst drug but it is an incredibly misunderstood one when it comes to many who use it. People often adjust to it in a way such that they slowly forget what normal functioning is. The problem being that because it doesn’t impair you in the short term as dramatically as something like alcohol it is much more insidious when it comes to its effect on the mind. You’ve got some quite common underlying mental illnesses out there that just so happen to react very negatively with weed.

It’s a fine drug, but only for the right people. The use is far too widespread throughout the population, especially on still developing brains.

It is kind of funny seeing someone who smokes it 24/7 swear that it's not addictive.

I dated a guy who was like that about weed once, he said it was because he was “abused” as a child by someone who smoked weed, though I strongly suspect he just made it up.

Bullshit it's not addictive I've seen it bring a grown man to tears from quitting cold turkey.

I find people who worship marijuana as some kind of " gift from god " to be incredibly annoying.

Some weed is really more of a relaxing, freak out for one hour, chill for 4 hours and wake up fine and dandy at 6am. The working mans weed.

I think it should be legal. Doesnt really hamper society as badly as alcohol does.

I don't like being high/drunk/intoxicated in any way/shape/or form, so I agree. I don't care if others do it though.

I hate the smell of it. But if someone ate it as edibles, I'd be okay with it.

It sounds to me like you have had some bad experiences with people who use cannabis, theirbehaviors. Perhaps you've internalized those bad experiences, and you are unconsciously projecting the people, and their behaviors onto everyone, and everything associated with cannabis, because you're trying to protect, and shield yourself from from future possible bad experiences? 🤔

I wish people knew the difference between "safer" and "safe".

Marijuana isn't addictive like heroin but it is addictive. And because it's been over-demonized it's now being over-loved and people will plug their ears to any downsides to it.

Also, smoking a bowl and smoking a 91% THC pen are *NOT* the same thing. That crap can make people psychotic.

And weed does give you withdrawals as well. I had a daily habit for years and when I didnt have weed I felt I was gonna have a mental breakdown and had nausea and body aches. If you google marijuana withdrawals symptoms the whole list comes up.
