What are we proving to people by encouraging false ideals of what appears right and "beautiful" versus what nature intended them to be? The answer is that we're continuing the issue of low self esteem and even self loathing.
It's not a question of "beauty", it's a question of identify. Some claim that they identify as having been mismatched with their current set of genitals. Should they be encouraged to mutilate themselves with purely cosmetic and elective surgery to fit their mindset?
