The political LGBTQ+ community? It has problems. Bad people exist in every community but they won't call theirs outs, and maybe if you stretch it you can apply that to all communities aswell.
...However, the problem comes in when they would rather vilify YOU for pointing out the vile aspects of their community by dubbing you a "phobe" of some kind while leaving those vile aspects left without criticism, which translates to them defending those vile aspects.
An example would be this. White supremacists exist. Fuck 'em. They're gross. I can say that and not feel vilified as a white person despite them being part of "the white people". Say that about a large group at a pride rally watching and encouraging a MINOR to twerk for them? Transphobic. Explain that shit to me.
Beyond that, if you're just an LGBTQ adult going about your business then what's it to me or anyone else?
That said, this topic is being beaten to death on this site. Maybe we can stop talking about it for two minutes?
