I personally don't care or think badly of people with tats. Decades ago, the only people who would normally get tattoos were bikers and just general badasses - nowadays any joe-schmo can get one. There's hardly any bad stigma to getting one now as compared to before (unless you have visible obscene ones or any on the face).
