I have a couple myself. I barely notice them and don't care whether others do and they do. I have a vine on my wrist with the Taurus and Capricorn symbol and the Aquarius symbol on my other wrist. They aren't huge but they're brightly colored and I'm pale.
They have meaning to me and I could care less what others think of them. A lot of people see tattoos as ruining one's body but there are far more acceptable ways to ruin your body that are much deeper than skin level so I have trouble taking that argument seriously, especially from someone who smokes or has kids.
People have a tendency to resent what they don't consider normal.
Your opinion on tattoos and people who have them?
