Purely genetic. My dad are brother are both muscular in the upper body too. Although I've noticed that I'm not really doing enough anaerobic exercise so I was planning on something which built on what I've already got.
P.S. Was thinking about your post on the walk to work and realised that Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2 is a good example too.

I thought the picture was going to be one of those orange women with bodies that don't even look female any more, covered in veins and all glistening.
But no, I'd certainly find that attractive. Although I have larger biceps than most people (genetic - lucky me!) so maybe I'm biased.

The crazy body building type isn't attractive whether they're male or female.
Is it genetics? Or are you holding out on workout tips?
