It would depend a great deal on the surgery done. Facial reconstruction after an accident I wouldn't mind, nor a bit of rhinoplasty if the gal felt better about herself for it. But bust enlargement would be a total deal breaker!
I like it when a woman who has gone through a masectomy defies the social convention, and lives without breasts. Granted I can understand why someone would want them back, but to me that shows even more strength.
Hadn't crossed my mind, but then again, I'm w/o breasts. Sure if it makes the woman feel better; it wouldn't be necessary if it was my woman if she didn't want it, though.
