    It's lying biologically. You're going to make your children have the pre-surgery traits.

      If it's "lying biologically", then maybe you should also consider piercings, tattoos, the cutting of hair, ect;

      All these (including cosmetic surgery) are body modifications. All of which are not natural on the human body.

      I think you should consider your opinion on this.
