Talk to your mom - when something isn't going on that you are upset about - about her being fair and equal with rules. She shouldn't get on your case about touching his stuff, but not on his about touching yours (or maybe she does & you don't know). Anyway, the moral is if its not yours, don't touch it, and should apply equally.
