What you're experiencing is what many others have experienced before as a child.
I am your total opposite. When I was a child, my brother used to bully me alot, snatch my toys, play pranks on me, beat me up for nothing and even sabotaged me or malighned me of things I have never done. But I could not talk back to them because they are older than me. I could not do anything to protect myself because they are bigger, taller and stronger than me. And being Asian, my traditional mother has always doted on my brother more. I could do nothing.
But slowly as I grow up, I finally understood how stupid it was to snatch toys, play pranks and stuff. When you grow up you will think the same too. Also now I don't fight with my brother anymore, because I love my brother. I don't blame my mother anymore, because I love my mother even if she was biased towards my brothers. Being treated 'unfairly' made me grow up fast and made me think maturely like an adult.
In life there are many other things to worry about other than toys. Toys are only a very small facet of your childhood.
It doesn't matter if your younger brother touches your stuff. Take it with pride and with love. Because he's your younger brother, and you love him so much, that's why you're letting him play with the toys that belong to you.
