Probably nothing because I'm terrible at approaching people, but I'd regret not saying "hi" to the person. I hope I'd announce myself to them though, and have a nice conversation.
Slightly related: I saw someone post a page from this website on Facebook before. Just a random acquaintance from school, posting a link to an IIN story on another random acquaintance's wall. The story they shared had one of my comments on it. It freaked me out a bit. The person who shared the link could have been an avid IINer for all I know. I didn't talk to them about IIN because talking about a website like this in real life brings a certain level of awkwardness. That and, as I already mentioned, I'm terrible at approaching people.
