So imagine that one morning you wake up, rub your eyes awake, breath in the morning air and realize after a moment that something feels different. Your ribs, arms, legs, tummy, back, face, butt, feet and... chest feel different. Then you move and you feel something weird; Body hair, lips, toe formation. You think, but to no avail, you are completely dumbstruck, confused, and concerned. Then you shift and find that something is missing and replaced by something foreign.
Yep, you wake up and after a minute or two you discover that you now mysteriously transformed into the opposite sex. Not just the obvious bits but every anatomical feature.
For men, you are now women: beasts, vagina, narrow feet, skinny neck, softer face, rounder cheeks, less prominent muscle structure, wider hips, rounder gluteus, shoulders farther down the body. If overweight or obese then more folds than you normally have, more strain on your back.
For women you are now men: pectorals, a penis and testicles, the public hair continues up all the way to the sternum and spreads, tight gluteus, thicker legs with lots of hair, bigger feet with more space between the toes, less curves, bigger arms, higher shoulder placement, wider neck, an Adams apple, thicker jaw, and a broad chin. For overweight or obese, more belly, not to much strain on the back, may need to get used to weight placement transition, possible problem of falling on ass for a couple of hours.
Then you call your bf/gf/partner, and discover that he/she is also now a she/he.
