A lot of places in my area allow people to return or exchange the food whenever it's the wrong order. Though there are some places that are more than willing to refuse to refund or exchange and instead call the cops or threaten the customer with violence. lol
Yeah. The first bit is kind of weird since anybody can just put crap in their food and make it look like it's the restaurant's fault so they'd score a free meal.
The second bit I usually see in restaurants that have roaches, rats, and HUGE leaks in the roof.

Yeah, pretty sure that's why (as far as I'm aware...) you can't do that here.
I've been to some shonky looking places but never that bad :/
