Knife. I can defend myself from animals and use it to kill things to eat. I can figure out how to make shelter with a knife. (Though it will be tough.)
If I come across a bear, I can use the knife to kill it. Then I would have a good source of food for awhile and fur to use as clothes to keep me warm. (Not to mention a blanket to sleep in.) If I figure out where the rest of the bears live and kill them all, I could have all of this, plus shelter when it rains.
You must survive in the wildness for three weeks......
