Since the job I work at requires both my arms and legs, I'd have to quit if I lose either. I could probably get a secretary job or any kind of work from home job if I still had my arms, so I'll go with losing my legs.

I'd have no legs. Then I could still be an artist. Easy choice for me

Legs are easier to replace. Feet make terrible hands for those that are forced to use their legs for everything.
