This is a response from someone who has never actually gotten to 2nd base, or 1st for that matter.
I'll explain why I want to touch a girl boobs though. I feel like there's a sort mystery to them. I've asked myself the same question before and have had legit conversations with friends about this. Why is so fascinating about boobs? And to be honest it is something that women cover up a lot, something we're not use to seeing, so we're naturally curious to touch them. I feel that if they were put out on display, i.e women went shirtless in beaches like men, then they wouldn't be such a big deal.
This leads me to my next point; how we, that is America, look down on body parts. We put down people who embrace their sexuality and I'm aware that women bare the main hate of this, but we sort of train people to cover up. Not because of decency, but as if a naked human body is something to be ashamed of. If you like your body and want to show it off then you should do so without fearing being harassed.

I used to go around admitting to My lack of experience thereof and confess rosey palming to people. I've had My experiences since then but nothing too rewarding. I have a woman friend I made as a "souvenir" per say but but We've been platonic for quite sometime now. She's older than Me I still care about her and I feel guilty I can't bring Myself to be Her Boyfriend. Don't worry about the still undipped status or the side show questions about masturbating as some may ask. Don't feel ashamed because others have taken the sex plunge and it doesn't make You less Human than anyone else. Your Human just the same, maybe more so. Don't judge Your life based on other peoples experiences. Your life is Your personal experience whether with others or alone. Your life is Your creation and create it carefully!

I know dude but it's because You have a goal to achieve so achieve it soon for Us so You can see what on the "other side of the fence" I agree with VirgilManly, Kissing feels much more like love to Me. So I wish You well.
That actually does seem more appealing to be honest. I feel like I can pay for sex, but not like for a kiss. That's something that is more personal, there's more of a connection.
Then when you finally do have your first time, you'll be asking yourself "That's it? That's what I've been sweating about? That's what they write songs about? Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it but big whoop. Wish I waited until I was with someone I really really loved." Kissing always strikes me as more intimate than actual fucking.
