Yikes. It's not normal, no, and you certainly have a right to be angry...I think the lying is the worst part here. He should've told you sooner, but to be honest, the reason why he didn't is probably that he was afraid of how you'd react...he knew he was doing something wrong, and it can be hard to confess that to somebody.
So, be angry, absolutely, get it out of your system. The worst thing would be to bury your feelings and try to act like you're okay with it when you're not. But she is an adult, it's not illegal, and they are having a child together, so they're probably going to at least have some kind of relationship for the rest of their lives. Once you get the initial shock and anger out of the way, you'll have to decide how involved you want to be. And there's really no right or wrong answer. Maybe you'll decide that you just can't support this kind of relationship, maybe you'll find a way to be happy for your dad and give his fiance/wife a chance, maybe you'll decide you want to help raise their child/your half sibling. It's up to you.
