I would live forever, as long as I maintained my youth (I wouldn't want to gradually melt into a wrinkly sack of skin and hair with some organs underneath).
Also as long as I could kill myself if it all got too much.
As much as the trauma of losing everyone I love would be upsetting (presuming they don't live forever too), I think eventually I'd come to terms with it philosophically. I mean, imagine all the incredible people you would get to meet that you otherwise would never have done? Imagine all the amazing experiences and opportunities that would never have arisen in your ordinary life-time? Imagine how much you could LEARN? The wisdom would be beautiful.
