This is a tricky situation for me because I am in the hard spot without resources to feed myself but also the persons I.D is all there making it easy to return . I think I would just use soup kitchens and food banks etc. but let's say that's for some reason no possible either , I would do one of two things .. I would keep the money , mail the wallet and pay it back when I could to that persons address or search the name OR I would just give the money back and hope karma came back around for me . I think either one is fine and if I was starving to death , I don't think the person would mind I kept it and then paid it back especially once I explain why . There is the dilemma of not knowing their situation but anyone who keeps 150 + for pocket cash , more than likely isn't out on the streets and not keeping track of their wallet .
