I wouldn't personally do this, but I don't think there's necessarily anything horrible about a food [and lodging] for sex deal.
The way I see it, you're under no obligation to offer her food in the first place, and offering it with strings attached gives her more options compared to not offering it at all.
Of course there would be exploitative ways to go about this, like if you set her up to depend on you and then suddenly started demanding she put out. That wouldn't be cool.
