      As for "fuck's wrong with people nowadays", I'm not sure I catch your meaning; there have always been men who take advantage of women, it's just that nowadays anyone can share their opinions on the internet anonymously--that's why you assumed this behavior/mind set is something new.
      Also the op never actually said he'd do it, you're making an assumption in that regard, it's plausible he's just asking an innocent question.

    I wouldn't personally do this, but I don't think there's necessarily anything horrible about a food [and lodging] for sex deal.

    The way I see it, you're under no obligation to offer her food in the first place, and offering it with strings attached gives her more options compared to not offering it at all.

    Of course there would be exploitative ways to go about this, like if you set her up to depend on you and then suddenly started demanding she put out. That wouldn't be cool.
