Everybody has a price. If you disagree, you are selfish. Sure, your price might be unreasonable, but the good could you could do with 1 billion dollars clearly outweighs any dignity lost. I would also argue that there is a point at which the price becomes so high that not sucking the dick would actually result in a loss of dignity.
