In a romantic relationship, Would you stop saying "I love you" if the other person never said it back?

    if the other person does not say it back it is probably because the other person is no longer in love

    Are the words are that important that you would trash an otherwise good relationship over them? It doesn't sound think this is anything new, so what's changed in YOU that has made you feel this way?

    When I was in a relationship it would get annoying when she said she loved me when I was pretty sure she didn't mean it.

    Saying I love U is meaningless if you don't read I Corinthians 13:4-8.

    I would stop. But if the other person showed me love, I would say, "Thank you for loving me."
