God yeah, of course. What sort of person would leave someone like that's, it's vile. This is why I don't drive! Well, it's not really, but it's one of the reasons:P! People can be scary:(. I'd hope that if someone ran me over, they'd stop to help rather than driving away because they think they'll get arrested or whatever the reason. Selfish bastards. It really pisses me off.
